ORDER PROCESSING

We will endeavour to arrange shipping of your order within 2 working days of receiving your order. We normally use UPS, DHL, Fedex, DPD or Royal Mail to deliver your order depending on the size and weight of your parcel and your location.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders shipped to UK addresses (excluding N. Ireland) are normally delivered to you  within two days of the date we ship the item. Delivery to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and EU countries takes 3-5 days

NON-STOCK ORDERS

Should an item not be in stock we will advise you of an estimated shipping date by email or phone. You have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund should our delivery estimate not be suitable by emailing us at info@airflow-uk.com.

SHIPPING COSTS

The cost of shipping your order to you within the UK and EU countries is indicated on the checkout page of our website, and is dependent on the size and weight of your parcel as well as your location. For UK tax-free orders to non-UK locations the delivery time may be extended if you do not arrange payment of local taxes and import duties promptly.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are able to ship worldwide, if you are not located in the UK or EU. Please email or phone us and we will obtain a shipping cost for the particular item you wish to order.

RECEIVING A DELIVERY

If your address is known to be difficult to find, please provide simple directions in the comments area of the order page.

Some of our products (in particular Airchambers) are shipped in large cartons and are heavy. Please arrange to have assistance at your delivery address if you will be unable to carry a parcel weighing between 25 and 35 kgs by yourself.
