Making a Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier, but if you do run into any difficulties please do not hesitate to call (see contact details below). Just browse our online store and add any items that you wish to buy in the shopping cart. After you have finished shopping, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we will need to complete your order.
We accept most credit cards in payment. If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo and Maestro, but not Amex or Diners Club cards.
When the order is received, it does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us for errors, admissions and exclusions that may occur.
Credit Card Security:
Once you have placed your order on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted once they have reached our computer. Credit card details are not held in clear text on any website.
Shipping and Handling:
United Kingdom and small EU orders are normally shipped via UPS or Royal Mail. Larger items and worldwide orders are shipped by the most suitable and cost effective courier.
We aim to send your order to you within 1 working day in the United Kingdom (excluding hand made items) if ordered before 12 noon. International orders will be advised depending on the product size and value.
In the extremely rare occasion that your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be contacted with the option of cancelling your order if you would rather not wait.
For all orders made from or delivered to an address in the United Kingdom, Value Added Tax at the prevailing rate is included. For all other orders, prices are recalculated at checkout to show the VAT free price which will be charged to your payment card. Please be aware that local taxes may be levied on our invoice price and are your responsibility to pay; they are normally collected by the shipping company who may charge a fee for this service.
Airflow UK offers a seven day money back guarantee subject to the goods being returned to us, carriage paid, unused and in original condition, and in the original packaging. Once received and inspected we will refund the value of the product.
Airflow UK does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
